In the late 1800s, two people--one an amateur naturalist and the other a spiritualist--began collaborating on a collection of curiosities. The names in their records were Honoria Fen and Emmanuel Fable and they created a wunderkammer of items from natural history, science, and the occult. They were meticulous in their selection and documentation, working to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
And then, without explanation, they vanished...

Much of the Fable & Fen collection has been scattered, left to moulder away in basements and attics and unsuspecting museum collections. We're working hard to restore the collection to its full, but the obscure and esoteric nature of the collection records are proving a challenge.
